V22.0.1 Update stopped at 83%

V22 has problems. So I tried the V22.0.1 update. I run on Windows 10.

This hung up at 83%. After 30 minutes, I tried CANCEL.

Adobe Creative Suite says its "canceling" but after 45 minutes nothing happened.

I ran "Shutdown". Screen went blank.

The System powered up properly, 

After Effects 22.0 now states "unexpected failure during application startup".

How do I get rid of After Effects V22.0?

Should I just try to uninstall it?

Sure, try to unistall it and reinstall the latest update 22.0.1, even you can click other and pickup the version you want

You can un-install  it with your system tools. It'll probably access the creative cloud app during un-install if needed.

Early this morning (EST Time), I tried UPDATE to V22.0.1 again with Adobe's
Creative Cloud Desktop. I was hoping since the problem occurred with this
App, it would know what to do. The Update worked entirely on its own. The
entire Update took less than three minutes.
