Video won't render in ae.

 it only playes in slow MO...

Sorry for the issue. Please provide the following details for us to better understand the problem:

• Your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM) and GPU driver version. 
• After Effects version (Here's how to check).
• Screenshot of the error message that you see.
• Let us know if you also experience the issue while using the media encoder.

Also, please try running After Effects as an administrator and let us know if that makes any difference.

What exacty are you trying to do  ? the screenshot shows you are rendering a video , if it failed to render, you may try rendering using adobe media encoder 

You need to do better and provide exact detailed system info and other details.

Adobe fx has been blocked from accessing your graphics hardware.

How to fix what? Sorry, but your post is pretty much useless. You have not provided any info about your system, your render settings, details about critical settings like multiframe rendering, hardware acceleration, caches and so on. Just throwing a screenshot at us where all we can discerjn is some captured game footage is simply not enough. You need to be much, much more specific and provide the pertinent information.
