Why does opening premiere prompt a pop up that says start your free trial of After Effects?

Why does opening premiere prompt a pop up that says start your free trial of After Effects? I pay for the full suite of creative cloud. I've been paying for it for years, and After Effects has been working fine for months. I didnt do any recent updates and then i get this random pop up this morning and now I can't use After Effects even though I'm not trying to. What triggered this pop up if I didnt update anything or do anything differently then what I normally do. And more importantly how do I fix it? I'm too scared to hit sign out because Premiere is working just fine and I need to make client corrections today and don't have time to risk premiere not working too if I hit sign out.  This random pop up is clearly a huge bug that adobe needs to fix. see attached screenshot.

i had done a computer restart and that didnt work. So I went back to video editing and the issue just randomly went away on its own without me doing anything at all. Very suspicious

Hi rachinc1, Sorry for your issue.My first suggestion would be to sign out and sign back in into the Creative Cloud desktop app. But, since you're on a deadline, give that a try once you've finished your project.
