Wiggly selector causing text to jitter at certain points

When i watch the playback, the wiggle is smooth at most points, but it starts jittering randomly at certain points.

Any help appreciated!

FIX FOUND: Changed mode of wiggly selector to "Add"

I was wrong, this didn't fix it, it only made the jittering less extreme
