All graphics only shows a box/outline

First of all, I used Flash for the first time for around an hour when this happened. So I barely know anything Flash or animation.

All the graphics just showed a box and when I trace bitmap it it just shows the outlines of the pixels of the sprite. I tried a bunch of things, but I'm not sure what happened. (Sorry if this is a really dumb question)
