Animation (flux continu) de pointillés sur un "chemin" avec adobe animate CC 2019

Bonjour.
Je souhaitais savoir s'il était possible d'animer, dans le genre "flux continu", des pointillés sur un chemin comportant des lignes droites et des courbes dans adobe animate CC 2019 ? Merci.

Did not quite get what you are trying to do. Is there an online video that provides an understanding of it? If so, can you post the link here so that we can try and help?

Hi Preran and thank you for your answer.
So, i just want to do the same thing in that video  at the time 6"28 but not with after effects, just with adobe animate CC 2019 :

I didn't find anything about that effect !
