Can't open *.fla file if not loged in to my creative cloud account

Hello.

I can't open my own *.fla files on any other computer unless I login to my creative cloud account. There is no error. Just nothing happens. I can't share my files with my colleague. I can't open them on trial version of Adobe Animate.

It looks like my files are digitally signed or something like that? There wasn't that kind of problem on previous Adobe Flashes (before creative cloud era) - is it some kind of bug or a feature?
