Stream in animate cc too soft

i'm trying to lip sync my character but , when i set the audio to stream and move around the timeline , it sounds like static and  can't hear the words , it's really annoying and i can't seem to find any answer or forum similar to mine.

I've tried everything but i can't hear the words , i can only hear the words when i press play button ,but thats time wasting.

Please help!!!!

For best sound quality you should use .wav files in animate. That could be the problem.

You didn't import the audio as an MP3 did you?
