Wacom Pen draws on hover when Snap to Pixel is on

I ran into this issue of my wacom pen still drawing when lifted and hovering over the tablet. When zoomed in to 400% or larger with Snap to Pixel on a grid will appear. This grid seems to cause the error of drawing at this zoom level and continuing to draw once the pen is lifted off the tablet. Turning off Snap to Pixel seems to have solved this error.
