Adobe Captivate 9 Knowledge Check

In Captivate 9, when I add a Knowledge Check question, I uncheck the "retry message" and then Save. When I reopen the project, it's there again. I can't turn it off. What am I doing wrong.

By default the KC slides are set to Infinite Attempts. That is the reason why the user should see a Retry message. Did you try to change the number of attempts to 1?
