Adobe Captivate 9 permission errors

I am currently trying to create a project in Adobe
Captivate 9 that is installed on my laptop.  I am receiving the following
errors when I try to open the program and when I also try to import PowerPoint
slides, which I need to do to build this project. What do I need to do?

    Not sure, but the path seems to indicate that you don't have Captivate installed on your system? If that is true, this could explain the issues.

    Try saving the PPTX as an older PPT format before attempting to import.
