Aggregator issues

I am desperate to aggregate but having loads of problems.  My latest is that I saved a project as SWF and did not include the HTML 5.  thought that did it as Aggregator saw the file  OK, I get this error

Sorry this is so hard to read.  Point is, it say this is not an Adobe AS3 file.  What is that?  Since I made it with Cap;tive, it would make sense that Captivate should be able to read it.

Are these very old Captivate published SWF's? Before 5, AS2 was often used. But from your other similar question I think you have problems with the work flow to create an Aggregator project.

Normal work flow for Aggregator is:

    • publish the Captivate files to SWF, you only need the SWF itself
    • click on the + button in the Aggregator, and point to a SWF
    • continue doing that second step
    • indicate the SWF which you'll use as master movie, its settings for TOC will be used
    • eventually you can override the info by using the Info button
    • save aggregator project, extension will be aggr
    • check publish settings (important if you need right-click functionality, by default accessiblity is turned on)
    • publish it
