Are responsive projects only used for soft skills?

The only examples I've seen of responsive projects are soft skills training. It doesn't seem like it would be easy to create responsive projects for software training where you need to display software screen captures -- is it even possible?

Jay, it can be done. For mobile it will even switch automatically to zooming in on the most important part, and you can customize the zooming window. But personally, I think you have to consider if it is worthwhile to develop software training for all devices. It will need a different approach, could be useful for small JIT explanations, but not for a real training, unless it is software that will be used on a mobile device. Then you are again stuck with the fact that you cannot record such an app the same way as you can for software on a desktop. In CP9 only the Mac version can capture a process on only an iPad, but it will be not a real training, only a video. Everyone seems to believe that video is the ultimate training resource, but I have a different opinion about that based on my 25 years experience of training college students for software applications.
