Audio and video problems with latest iOS version

I am developing some courses in Captivate (newest version) with both audio and video - and they had been working great on all devices. Recently, with the update to iOS 10.0.2, no audio will play and none of the video will load (it still plays fine on the desktop). This behavior occurs across all courses I have created with Captivate. Everything plays as expected on devices with iOS 10.0.1 or earlier. On devices with 10.0.2 - everything fails. Has anyone else run into this issue and are there any solutions? Thanks.
