Can I use a video camera instead of the web came with adobe presenter.

You should be able to. The biggest issue is your computer needs to see the camera as a video input device. You may need to use an application like DVdriver DVdriver: DV Camcorder to WebCam Converter Software by Eagletron 2017-01-30 to get your computer to recognize the camera as a webcam.
