Can anyone please tell me how to preview my Captivate 9 project on Windows 10?

I have tried all the choices under Preview, and also updated flash.  Any ideas?

    Hi Kasen,

    I'm wondering if you have some pop-up blockers on or something that is preventing the project from showing on your system, or perhaps its loading it behind Captivate? It may very well be something with your installation, but the preview options are so different technically, I find it hard to believe that all of them would be affected without an error message of some kind. I think its more likely to do with your internal web settings or how the preview is being displayed.

    BTW: I would never hand in a project without viewing it first. What you can do is call it a "Technical Beta" and have it loaded onto your LMS or web server and preview from there. That way if there are issues, its accepted because its not the official product delivery.

    Hi Kasey,

    What exactly happens when you try to preview in Captivate? For example does it open a web browser but nothing show ups, or does it never get that far? Its really unusual that all the preview options won't work. Tell us more?

    Are you trying to Preview a normal or a responsive project? Which browser

    do you use for Preview in Browser (F12) or Preview HTML in Browser(F11)?

    Hi Lilybiri,

    It's a responsive project and I am using chrome. I hadn't tried using the F11 or F12 buttons, but I just tried nothing happened. I tried the options under preview. I read that HTML was a choice, but I don't see it.
