Can I move the destination folder from Documents to Dropbox

iMac, latest El Capitan.

Captivate 9.0.0.0.23

I had to move folder My Adobe Captivate Projects to Dropbox, as I'll be away from home for a bit. I needed to be able to access the files while there.

I'd love to have Captivate just put them there, for a second off-site backup, in addition to my Time Capsule. I have an alias in Documents, but it doesn't seem to work.

Thoughts?

Thanks, you guys.

Not within Captivate, I'm afraid. Enabling the backup feature creates a duplicate .cptx file, with the added extension .bak at the same location as your Captivate project file.

Also (I'm not sure if the behavior of DropBox under El Capitan will trigger it) but if it mounts as a volume on the desktop - you can use Carbon Copy Cloner to setup a Scheduled task that will run when DropBox connects and copy the recently changed Captivate files to DropBox.
