Can not Install Adobe Presenter 11

Need help!

OS Win 8.1  64 bits

Power Point 2016 (64 bits)

I bought Adobe Presenter 11 few weeks ago, but have problem to install. Please see picture message

I install Power Point 2010 (64 bits)... same thing happenned

Tried with another computer

OS Win 7 home 64 bit

Power Point 2010 32 bits

it completed the installation, however, when turn on video recording ... the system freeze for few minutes and window suggested to disable the Adobe Presenter ...
