Can't Retake Quiz in Adobe Presenter 11.0

Hi,

I want the user to be able to have three attempts at a quiz, however i'm unsuccessful at getting this to work. When a user fails it simply gets stuck on the score page and won't let them retake (even though the settings are set to "go to" the beginning quiz slide if they fail).

What's strange is i have presentations where it actually works with the same settings! But for others is doesn't it just gets stuck on the score page.

Since i have presentations were these settings actually work, it concerns me as to whether this problem fixable.
