    Ummmm...this is a user forum, not Adobe Support.

    None of us here have the ability to cancel YOUR subscription.

    I know that this is support. However, at the time, it was my ONLY outlet of frustration. For you, I ask forgiveness. For Adobe, I ask for access to customer support!
