Cannot download Presenter 10 to new laptop

From my new laptop (Windows 10), went to original email with download button and serial number.

Clicked download button, and received Status Report: Access Token Not Issued!

Checked all the FAQs and did not find anything. Suggestions!

Check the plans and products section of your Adobe account online for a download link.

No download link there. It shows my Adobe 10 purchase in May 2015, but no link of any kind for download. Only download link I can find is in the original purchase email, where there is a download link and the serial number. When I hit the download link,I get "HTTP Status 50000--Access Token Not Issued!"

I will try Adobe. Thanks, Ned!

Since you have your serial key, you may just want to download the trial version of Presenter from the product page, Adobe Presenter 11-Create eLearning courses from PPT slides, and then apply your serial key as it installs.
