Captivate 2017 Auto Size for closed caption, Arial 18

I have upgraded from Captivate 9 to Captivate 2017, when I import copied text from a word or pdf document to the closed caption area but the font is not Arial 18.  Is there a way to Auto Size imported copied text?

I do not completely understand the question. CC has improved styling functionality, it is never a good idea to pate formatted text at all.

Thank you for the response, let me try to better word the question.

"When I copy text from a source document, for example, pdf, or word, is there a way to have that text, when pasted into closed caption in Captivate 2017, be set to Arial 18 as was the case in Captivate 9, perhaps some sort of Auto Size feature?"

When I copy and paste formatted text from a source file such as a PDF or Word document, I use a small system tray application called Puretext. This app strips out any formatting copied from the source files and retains only the pure text. You can download it for free here https://stevemiller.net/puretext/

    I'm sorry it's only a Windows app.
