Captivate 8 508 Compliance

Hello,

I am trying to make a course 508 compliant. It failed because there were keyboard traps.

The course has a the built in play bar with the forward/ back, and cc buttons showing. Additionally, there are a couple of slides with hyperlinks that made with smartshape as buttons and mapped the enter command to. The tabs work fine when not in the screen reader (JAWS). Soon as I turn JAWS on I can tab through, even hear the custom label I gave my smart object, but the enter button doesn't work anymore.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

    I should add. That when we previewed the course in the browser with JAWS turned on, it worked fine then too.
