Captivate 8 freezes while parsing PPT

My Captivate 8 is freezing when I try to create a file from PPT. Has this happene to anyone else?

Even after I clean the cache and reboot my computer it happens.

By the way, where is my cache to supposed to save on a Window's computer again?   Will it cause problems if I change that location?
