Captivate 8 only supports FLV/FV4; AME no longer has this output...now what?

So...my MP4 doesn't play in Captivate 8; it says Captivate only support FLV and FV4 and that I need Adobe Media Encoder to convert. I download AME (no, I do not have the previous version) and then found out they've removed FLV & FV4 as output types .

So what do I do now?
