Captivate 8 Responsive project Mouse movement

Hello,

I am having a senior moment. In my software simulations, the mouse always starts in the upper left. I thought there was a project variable that I could change such that the mouse would continue from the last position, rather then going back to the upper left, but I am unable to find it. How do I accomplish this?

Thanks

    Hello,

I determined that the mouse will start from the upper left, every time the screen refreshes or when the screen is scrolled. I think this happens when the last reference point of the mouse can not be determined.

    Hi ,

There is no setting to adjust default position of mouse. The mouse start position will always be the End position of the Mouse object in any of the previous slide. The start position will point to upper left only on the first most slide.

Can you please clear preferences and verify once more. If you still see the mouse starting fro, upper left for every slide please share the project with me at dgp@adobe.com

    Thanks
