Captivate 9 Advanced Actions- Conditional Action reverts to Standard Action, why?

I have a project with some complicated advanced actions that have been programmed and working for a some time.  I recently starting working on the project again and what were once working conditional actions now appear as standard actions.  Of course I cannot switch them back to being conditional actions as the system blocks me from doing so.  I now have to start from scratch and rebuild them I guess?  Has anyone every experienced this as it seems like a bug of some sort?  This also happened with an eLearning template I was trying to use form the eLearning Brothers Asset database, but this was the first time it happened to a project I created that did not have any javascript.

Any ideas?
