Captivate 9 Freezing / Locking Up every 10 Minutes

Hi -

I work IT for a company, and am trying to help one of my end users with a very frustrating issue he is having with Captivate 9. Every 10 minutes or so, only while inside of our network, it freezes up for about a minute.

In doing research, we found a lot of people had a similar issue with 7 and have made sure that the activation servers / other adobe servers are not being blocked by the firewall.

Any suggestions or ideas? Are the validation servers different for Captivate 9 than they were for 7? etc.
