Captivate 9 Notes Interaction Widget issue with Firefox

The "Notes" interaction widget is not working in Firefox (Captivate 9). Does anyone else have this issue? If so, have you found a solution? Thanks.

I might add that the Hotfix for Captivate 9 (that was very critical) does look like it has caused this issue after applying.
