Captivate 9: Voices have been downloaded to my computer but do not appear in Captivate for usage.

Captivate 9:  I have loaded additional voices and installed the installer.  Unable to get to voices to show in Captivate for selection.  They are visible in the directory just not in Captivate.    Can someone list the steps I need to take to move them into Captivate so I can use them?  Thanks.

    Hi Gretchen,

    Please confirm if you are using Windows or Mac machine. In case of Windows please let me know if you have installed 32bit or 64bit version of Captivate?
