Good morning,

My captivate 9 HTML5 files will launch through the server directory but will not load in IE window 10 browser or google. I get the grey spinner. I have read every blog out there and nothing seems to work. Could use some help please.

Do you have a preloader image loaded up? If not, but Preloader is checkmarked in Publish Settings, it might hang. At least, that's what happened to me yesterday.

    Hi nwatkins,

Can you please be more specific with the meaning of  pre-loader image. I checked the setting and saw nothing with that title.

I just tested 3 slides with the pre-loader checked on and off; both time I got the grey spinner

Some other things to make sure of...

Are you completely deleting your local project folder AND your server side project folder instead of overwriting them?

And are you clearing your cache each time you upload a new project folder and then visit the index page in a browser?

Sounds like you're in the right place if you saw a checkmark. If the checkmark is on, the Browse button is active and the field should be filled with a static image that you want to display while the project is loading up. If the checkmark is off, the Browse button is inactive, like this...

Are you testing them from a web server or a LAN server?
