Please try to follow the below steps in order to diagnose the issue you were facing -
1- Update Captivate 8 to 8.0.1 either by launching Captivate and go to Help menu > Updates or can also download from the link - https://www.adobe.com/support/captivate/downloads.html
2- After then publish HTML5 zip output from Captivate 8.0.1 (Quiz reporting enabled) and upload it to https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/SignInForm
3- If you do not have an account then click on Sign up now and create your account.
4- Once course uploaded then launch course and test it on Desktop/Laptop and also try to access the same course on your Android mobile devices that you are using and see if it works.
