Captivate closed caption disappears at the end of the audio

I want the caption text to remain visible until the clickbox is clicked. Trouble is, when the end of the slide is reached, the caption text disappears.

    Closed captioning is meant to show the audio as text, reason why it

    disappears when audio is over. You will have to add a text container with

    text that you want to remain on screen.

    where should I add Text container. We really want the caption text to remain visible until the clickbox is clicked.

    I would use custom captions or you will have to meet the same formatting

    and exact timing and location of the default CC.
