Captivate Quiz technical difficulties

I uploaded a Captivate 8 digital course to CSOD and set up a Dynamic Enrollment. Users can only take the course once (it is pass/fail). The issue is that some people have had technical difficulties with the quiz. I have gone in and checked and it skipped over questions and automatically made them fail. Captivate is not supposed to let them do this and requires a answer for each. When I deleted the course off of there transcript and then reassigned it still would not let them retake it or start over. Is there any way to fix this? Is this a captivate issue?

    Whether or not they can access the course a second time is not something the Captivate module controls.  That issue would be due to the way the LMS is set up.

    Your issue with quiz questions being skipped is usually a symptom of having deleted certain essential objects from quiz question slides.  When you were building this quiz, did you at all remove or replace any of the default captions, e.g. the Question Title or Question captions?  If so, that can cause skipping.

    Thank you Rod. So even if I set up each quiz question to only be taken once in Captivate, that won't effect how it interacts with the LMS?

    I didn't delete anything from the questions slides. It seems to be working for 85% of the people, but I have had at least 4 people whose answers did not get marked and so they in turn failed the quiz.

    Hopefully I can figure this out!

    Did you keep the Next button? If they used that one instead of Submit, they

    did not get score.
