Captivate Scorm file will not start

I have a Captivate 8 file that has been published in SCORM 1.2.  When previewing within Captivate the content plays perfectly.  However, after publishing in Scorm 1.2 and uploading to our Saba LMS, the content will not begin to play. The publishing settings are marked to auto play.  Any ideas?

You first have to detect if the problem is with Captivate or with the LMS. To check you can upload to the SCORM Cloud (can be done for free within limits). If it works correctly there, you'll know that the issue is with the LMS, if not we can explore further.

I uploaded the Scorm file to the Scorm Cloud and it performed perfectly. So I'm guessing that the issue is with the LMS.
