Captivate - terminated due to error. How to recover the back up file?

While working on captivate, I encountered this error message. I was not able to save the project i was working on when this error came up.

How do I recover the project back up? Where is ".cpbackup " folder located?

Did you turn on creation of backup in Preferences? If yes, you should find

the backup file in the same folder as your normal projects.
