I'm testing with Chrome and Firefox also I'm testing with SCORM Cloud

I'm adding an image to show you what I see instead of the certificate

    Hi Daniela

Can you please try the following:

    1. Close Captivate

    2. Delete the folder : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_9_0

    3. Make sure you have an active network connection and Restart Captivate

Now delete and re-insert the Learning interaction.

    Thanks,
    Mohana

When you say certificate, I'm assuming you are referring to the learning interaction (widget) that is included with Captivate. Also it might be helpful to see how it looks from within Captivate. The image above doesn't reveal very much. In addition can you show us your timeline as well?

You are correct I'm talking about the widget, the image you requested is below

It looks fine. I've even tried recreating what you have done and I was able to preview my attempt.

Are you pausing this slide to give users a chance to print it off before it moves to the next slide? I can only see the widget and it seems to be appearing on your timeline for a short amount of time.

Also have you tried recreating the slide. Sometime Adobe Captivate slides get corrupt. It's sometimes faster to delete them and recreate the slide from scratch, rather than spending a long period of time troubleshooting them.
