Certificate widget in Captivate 9

Captivate used to have a Certificate Widget. In Captivate 9,in the Gallery > Widgets folder, there is a folder "CertificateWidget". Within that folder is a "com" folder. Within the "com" folder is a "textformatter" folder. The "textformatter" folder has nothing in it! There seem to be some other missing widgets as well.

Why can't I access the Certificate Widget in Captivate 9?

‌Because you are supposed to use the Learning Interaction. They should be more compatible with HTML output, are in another sub folder of the Gallery. But you are supposed to use the copy installed in Public Documents. Use the Big Button Interactions. I blogged about them, article has a link to a descriptive table with Learning Interactions:

It doesn't seem to work, nothing is lined-up and there is no way to edit what it looks like. How is this not a standard feature?

Best way to test it is to upload to a web server and view from there.  Are you doing that or testing it from your hard drive?
