Changing Caption Type Causes Captivate to Crash

Hi all,

I'm encountering a problem with Adobe Captivate 8 for Mac crashing whenever I try to change the caption type. For example, I tried to change a text caption from transparent to halo blue and Captivate froze and then quit. I re-opened it tried again with other caption types and the same happened. I've tried numerous times and Captivate crashes every time.

Anyone else encountered this problem? It's really frustrating.
