Come mai il plug in è istallato ma un'altra applicazione di Adobe mi chiede sempre di aggiornare il plug in?

Ho Adobe Captivate, provo ad aprire il programma ma mi dice sempre che devo istallare prima il plug in di flash player. Faccio ciò che mi dice ma tutto inutile mi dice che explorer 10 ha già istallato il flash player e dunque non posso continuare a usare Captivate

I am just a user, not from the Captivate team at all. Can you tell which version of Captivate you are using, please?

Hi, Adobe Captivate 3.0 version

That is a version of about 10years ago, for sure totally incompatible with the present OS, and will never run on Win10. Only the latest version of Captivate 9 is compatible with Win10.

Hi,


Microsoft embeds Flash Player in Windows 8 and above for Internet Explorer and in Edge browser in Windows 10. There is no separate Flash Player installer for these browsers on these platforms.
