Currently on a pay monthly contract for Captivate 8, How can I upgrade to Captivate 9?

I am currently using Adobe Captivate 8.1 but want to upgrade to 9, my colleague has just subscribed to 9 and I am aware that whatever she saves in 9 I can no longer access.

How can I easily upgrade to 9 without paying extra?

Download the trial version. When you log in with your Adobe ID, it will be recognized. You can install next to CP8, it is possible to have 2 versions on a subscription license.
