Customizing quiz buttons and messages?

Is there a way to customize the design of the quiz objects - not only font and font size, but font color, fill color, outline, shadow and such?

I also need to set a custom design for the result page and treid to to htis with a master slide, but I cannot find a master slide for the result page. Can I create my own and the assign to the result page?
