Deleting uncompressed_data & compressed_data folders related to Adobe Captivate 9

Hello,

I found an old forum question related to this but for Cp 5.5 for files, but wanted to make sure that the same applies for Cp 9 and for these FOLDERS in particular.  Here is what is in them:

I assume that these are cached files that like Abode Cached Project files can be deleted if Cp 9 is closed (not operating)?
