Emailing a Video

Question

I thought this would be a rather easy one, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it... I've recorded a screen capture video on my computer and would like to email it to someone.  I traced where the file was saved when I published the video "to my computer", but it is just a folder with a series of sub folders and sub documents, nothing that is obviously email-able.  Any ideas?

Apparently you are not talking about a 'video', but about the published project from a cptx-project? You didn't publish to MP4, correct, because that is a video. You can zip the folder (is a setting in the Publishing dialog) to end up with one file and instruct to unzip that folder.
