[error] [client xxx.xxx.x.xx] File does not exist:

I have received several of these errors in our webserver logs. The files that are being referenced are the .mp4 files where a video demo was inserted into the captivate 8 project.  This is not preventing the project from playing but wondering why each time the demo is accessed, it produces this error.
