Getting a .CPVC file error

I recorded a demo style training with the file extension of .cpvc. After saving the final edits, the file will not re-launch. I get a larger Adobe Captivate - Info... pop up that states AC could open the file cause of the file being open, damaged or lack of hard disc space or system resources. I cleared my hard drive and the preferences cache and still no luck! any ideas?
