has anyone tried to use Chinese characters in captivate 7?

I working on a project with some one and part of it needs to be in Chinese. All the Chinese text was sent to me in .doc file. However, when I paste it into captivate most of the characters come out correctly but a few appear as boxes. Any suggestions?
