Hello! Everytime I try to view in HTML5 or publish any Captivate learning that has been created it loads but nothing comes up. It seems as though the playbar assets are not booting. Please help!

The projects work fine on someone elses computer - but not mine.

I will find that out. It does not seem to be loading the assets for a playbar - could that be the problem?

Someone else on a MAC recently found a bug with Captivate's HTML5 output where publishing a project from a MAC resulted in this type of error, but publishing the same project from a PC was fine. You may be encountering the same issue.

Are you on the same OS type as they are? Are you using the same web browser/version as they are?
