How Do I UNLOCK parts of a presentation?

This may be incredibly basic- but it is my first day trying to use Captivate 9.

There are text boxes and screenshots that I need to "copy/ paste" and I can't access the text because it is locked (I added a picture of the small blue lock) Does anyone know how to do this?

I see how to lock things, but i can't find an unlock feature.

Legend

Click on that icon next to the object in the timeline, until it disappears. It has 3 states: locking only the position and size (lock between sort of square brackets), total lock (what you showed) and no lock. Clicking allows you to cycle through those states.
