How do you collaborate on Adobe Captivate 9 work?

I have a team of three people to collaborate on Adobe Captivate 9 eLearning projects. Where should those projects, or the source material, be store so that the team can collaborate together?

Thank you!

There is no collaboration feature in Captivate. It doesn't like projects stored on a networked drive, wouldn't recommend that at all. Be sure that everyone uses the same theme or even template, and create a way to name different versions of the project. Copy/Paste can allow you to move slides to a general project, but too bad, not all advanced actions will copy well. Personally I use shared actions whenever possible, certainly if other developers will have to continue on the same project.

Okay, so it appears that work needs to blocked in stages:

Pre-production (Collaboration across team)

- Drafting project / eLearning in some way, maybe a simple Google Doc, or Google Presentation in Google Drive

- Deciding and gathering all pictures, video,

- Developing slide scripts

- Developing quizzes

Production (Some Develops, another Reviews)

- Adobe Captivate 9 Responsive Project phase creating content from pre-production draft

- Periodic publishing to review eLearning package

Potential Simultaneous work

- Research, create any unique musically intros or closes to be imported later

Final Review

- Pull altogether to review with clients

- Incorporate changes

Pilot

Be sure to use Library: any library can be opened in another project as an

external library. It contains also shared actions, one of the reasons I

insisted on replacing advanced by shared actions whenever possible.
